How it works
Ordering
Once you place an order, I'll send you a confirmation email, and then another one when it's on the way. Everything is made by hand, to order. Nothing is sitting around waiting to be shipped. Sometimes I might have to cancel an order. It's rare, but it can happen if:
- I can't make what you asked for
- I don't ship to your location (UK + Canada only for now)
- Payment doesn't go through
- Something was accidentally priced wrong
If that happens, I'll email you and refund you straight away.
Shipping
Right now I only ship to the UK and Canada. Once payment is confirmed, I'll ship your order within 5–7 business days. Delivery times after that depend on your location and carrier. Some orders might need a signature when they arrive. If you're ordering from Canada, you might have to pay customs or duties. That part is out of my control. Same with any delays at customs.
Payment
I take payment via bank transfer or PayPal. Once you place your order, I'll send you the details and the full total. I only start making your piece once payment comes through.
Returns
Everything is made for you, so I don't offer returns or exchanges. But if something's off, email me at info@onneveroffalways.com within 3 days of receiving it.
I'll sort it if:
- It arrives damaged
- It's not what we agreed on
- There's a fault with how it was made (within 7 days)
If it's damaged, I'll cover return shipping too. Every piece is slightly different. That's kind of the point.
Privacy
I only collect what I need to get your order to you. I'm not selling your data or sharing it with anyone.
